Bainbridge sits in the middle of the Chagrin Valley. Homes here are on larger lots with longer front rooflines, set back from the road, so the design has to carry from a distance. Bainbridge is a short hop from Solon and Chagrin Falls, so we can usually group it with either.

How We Light Bainbridge Township Homes

On a Bainbridge home we plan for full roofline runs so the lights read cleanly from the street. Many homes here have a detached or side garage and a longer driveway; we design the entry and garage as part of the same layout so it doesn't look like two separate jobs.

Bainbridge Township Questions

Do you cover the whole township or just near Chagrin Falls?

All of Bainbridge Township, including the Kenston school area and the neighborhoods along Route 306 and Route 422.

My house is set far back from the road. Is it worth lighting?

Usually yes. We design for what's visible from your driveway and the road, and a full roofline run carries the distance well.

Can you light a long driveway?

Ask at the site walk. Driveway accents are outside our standard scope, and we'll tell you straight whether it makes sense.
